Cakes and Pies

Today was Cake and Pie day. Justin and Katie , two of my co-workers are leaving our company . So today we decided to have some fun and wish them a farewell. It was also birthday cake day. Every month they have two cakes with all of our names on them. My name was on this months. It was pretty cool. It was a Hello Kitty Cake... The pies that we had to , were yummmy.... So I never watched this show till this year. Andy's parents like to watch this show during the summer time. So I finally watched the first episode of this seasons and now I"m hooked on the show. Tonight it's on and they decide who gets kicked off. Kail or Jen , I wish they both were to get kicked off but that won't happen. Then they get to decide who gets to be HOH( head of the House hold) Anyways though it's a good reality show and I have got hooked on it.... It's a show about a bunch of strangers living in the house and they have to get along and kick people out and so on. It's a pretty cool show....

Whistling Straits in Wisconsin

So Andy and I had the oppurtunity to go watch the golf tournament at Whistling Straits. I had gotton tickets from one of my managers at work. So it took us about 2 1/2 hours to get there but of course we stopped for breakfast along the way. I couldn't go with out my English muffin and hash brown... Anyways though it was to be like 98 degress there today and boy was it... We got there and parked and the time you walk from your car to the first hole, your out of breath. We were standing at the 1st hole and watching the golf and all of sudden it was beginnging to be hard for me to breath. I told Andy I have to go to the shade, and of course this course had no shade what so ever. Lucky us we had two club passes that I also got. We went back and sat in there where they had air conditioning. I sat there for a good 20 mins or so and cooled off and regained engery. The lady was nice to tell us with our tickets that we could take the shuttle to the 18th hole and sit up there. So Andy and I went to the gift store and I got a hat to protect my face from the heat and then we caught the shuttle to the 18th hole. We pretty much stayed around there the whole time . I found some shade and it was fine and cool there... It was an exciting adventure and I look forward to going to other golf tournaments.... Here's a picture of the club house. Chicago here we come!

This weekend my cousin Brandice was in town from Vegas, she was at home getting all the final preparations ready for her upcoming wedding that I"m in. Andy and I took off on Saturday after work and went over to hang out. We got lost on the way because there wasn't very good signage. When we got there Clarence had the food ready to eat. Andy and I watched everyone play Horseshoe for a little while and then Andy played while I chatted. It was a fun night. That night all 8 of us kids sat around the table and played this fun game called head bands. We had teams of 4, guys vs. girls.... We had a lot of fun playing that... The next day we woke up and Clarence made a gourmet breakfast of course. He's famous for his cooking at least in my book. Then Tami and Brandice took us around town to show us where the wedding and reception was. Here are a few pictures of us playing the game....

I did it!!!!

Guess what I did?????????? So I turned 25 this year and Andy's mom thought I should go and get my ear's pierced for my birthday. I have always been a chicken about it because of my nickle allergy and I really don't like needles. She thought it would be great because at the wedding there is a pair of earrings that match my dress that I should wear. So I finally got the courage to go and get them done. Yep that's right I have my ear's pierced, I can hardly believe it my self. So far everything is going good with them, no break outs or anything with my nickle allergy. That's a good thing. At first it was hard to sleep at night because I was afraid they would fall out but they haven't yet. I just have to remember to clean them every day and twist them around. I"m doing good at that so far. Anyways now if you want to you can buy me ear rings.

Bridesmaid Dresses!

So the wedding planning is coming along really well. I know we have a wedding blog but it's so much easier to type on this one. Anyways I have to make a decision soon on which dress I want the girls to wear in the wedding, but I don't know. There are so many to choose from. Which is your favorite.

July 2 - My birthday!!!!

Well I turned another year older but doesn't seem any different. I guess that's a good thing though. Though my friends mom likes to tease me about being half way to whatever 2X's is like 50.... I don't even want to think about that. Anyways the birthday was good. I had to work Monday on my birthday and then I went home and there was a dozen roses sitting there on the table from Andy. Such a sweet guy. Then we went out to dinner , though my food was kind of bland. It was a good birthday....

If you don't know our cats you will soon. These two girls are one great thing about my life. For example, Baily if her food dish is empty she will come and get you. But even better then that she's an alarm clock. This week I was sleeping and my actual alarm was to go off at 7:30 but no, Baily went off..... She came up into bed and licked my face and rubbed all up against me till I would stick my hand out and swat her just like an alarm clock. But 5 mins later she would go off again. So I guess I never have to worry about my actual alarm clock failing me. I have Baily the alarm clock...

Maggie our other cat, she was my birthday present last year- speaking of birthdays mine's cominng up!!! Anyways though shes a interesting one too. Not only does she wine, but she fetches and sits on command. She loves bottle tops and you can sit and play for a little while till she gets board of it.

I think they both should be in the wedding, but it won't happen... Wedding planning is going great. The last thing now is our Cake . Thats not so much of an issue really... Anyways all is going wel. Hoped everyone loved the Save the Date Cards. Andy and I did them together...

So tonight Andy and I went over to his parents to get some photo albums of pictures of when he was a kid. I happened to find one little baby picture of me as well . Anyways though on the bottom of the pic it says ," Sunita Anjali Magruder" . I thought to myself, you know how many last names have I had ... Well lets see Magruder, Adams-Brownridge, Adams, and now it's going to be POOLE.... I have had to many names... Anyways though I really may hurt myself later for this, but here's a baby pic of me... New Scanner

So this weekend went well. Didn't get everything I wanted done but I did most of it. This weekend we went out to Best Buy with the intention of looking at Scanners, but we decided to go with the Printer, Scanner and Copier in one. How handy is that. Let me tell you , very handy... That machine and software can do so much . I have been scanning in pics and playing around with them. Kind of fun I have to say. Well back to work for now. More later.

TGIF

So it's Friday and it's the weekend, what to do... I"m so glad the week is over, I get to go home and relax and not do anything. Though I will probably do some wedding stuff and spray paint my little Pails. I can't tell everything about the wedding, there has to be some surprises now...

So today everyone was talking about weight and everyone wants to loose weight. I think I could loose a few pounds before the wedding? MMMm or not... I do need to eat more healthier though and not drink so much pop, but what can I drink instead of pop to replace it. MMM

So I went to this jewlery party last night, called Silpada Jewlery. Very expensive.... Why would anyone spend 89.00 for a necklace, are you crazy. Anyways though I didn't buy anything which would make Andy happy, because he doesn't like when I spend money... Today has been busy but thats ok. I"m at lunch right now so I can type on this blog thing.... Well I better get back to work for now, but if you like jewlery you should check out their site. Memorial Day Weekend

This weekend was a lot of fun. I finally got to go home for a weekend. I don't think I have been home to see my mom since Christmas time. Anyways I was lucky to have Andy come with me, normally he has to work but he was able to take the time off and come spend the time with my family. So we took off on Saturday morning and hung out in Champaign Illinois. We drove around town and saw all the new things that are being built, crazy how your town can change in the matter of 2 years almost.... Can you believe I have lived in Wisconsin almost 2 years. Sunday morning we woke up and my mom came up with the idea of us going to the golfing range... I have never been golfing before. Andy has though . Here are some pics of us all golfing.

Wedding

So it's been awhile since I last posted anything. Thought I better put something on here. Today is pretty laid back and nothing to do . Andy and I have put our date in for the wedding at the church, May 17th 2008. So everyone try to keep that date open. I even put my time off in already. ( a year and some odd days ahead) To funny ay.... Anyways though I have some research to do now, so more later on... Hope eveveryone is doing good ...

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

I love my weekends that's for sure. This morning I woke up bright and early at like 9, well I guess that isn't early but early for me on a Saturday. I was starving and so I went to the kitchen and I made eggs, bacon and toast. Yummy in my tummy I have to say... Added a little cheese in my eggs to make them even tastier. I know you are all thinking, your allergic to all dairy products, but you know sometimes I just get a craving for them and I will have to pay for it later. After I was done eater , I went and sat on the couch and ended up falling back to sleep for awhile. Then I finally got up and did some things. I can never decide to what to eat, so for lunch I had a big bowl of popcorn, is that healthy? In some ways I think it is, but when there is butter I don't. But it was good and it filled me up. Now what will I have for dinner tonight? I will make Andy decide. Back to work!

Sarcastic Wednesday

Well it's Wednesday and it's cold and it's snowing. There is something not right about this picture. Anyways though last night I went to Park Town to see Andy and his mom and Cheryl. After we were done there we went to Jo- Ann Fabrics. What a nice place . I found all the flowers I want to use for the wedding which was awesome. I'm so excited about it..

I talked to my younger sister and she gave me some good news, I get to take her off my cell phone bill!!! YEAH.More money for me to use towards the wedding. Which also means I may get to change my cell phone number finally to a Wisconsin number. How about that!!

Did I forget to mention it's free Gem month at TQ diamonds. This month they are giving a free gem to everyone that brings in this email. So I'm going to go and get a free one and maybe hoping that Andy will take it and have it put in a setting. :) Well time to run once again.

It's Monday

This morning it was so nice out, the sun was shining the cats were meowing... LOL Every single morning Baily and Maggie, the two cats in the house always come wake me up. After the alarm goes off, they are right in my face begging me to get up. Such well trained animals. It's been a pretty blah day at work. Though this morning we got to see the brand new 2008 Audi TT. Was a hot little car. The next car I get is going to be an Audi. They are safe and comfortable and fun to drive and a good family car... I would make such a good salesperson, oh wait I kind of am in sales...

Anyways tonight it one of the best shows on TV. The Bachelor... Such a great and fun show. But the only couple that has actually lasted in the whole bachelor show is Trista and Ryan and now they are pregant and going to have a baby. How cute!!!!

Another good show on TV tonight is Dancing with the Stars. Thats a really good show too.

Back to work now!

It's Spring time!!!

I woke up this morning and it was dark and yucky outside. Last night we had tornado warnings and alarms going off and what not. That means spring has finally arrived... Got to love tornado weather. NOT REALLY I was opened my garage door, and nothing like smelling the outside. Wet dog....LOL It was a strong yucky smell. Anyways though.

Today I was invited to go see Scott Kirpayne. If you don't know who is he is, he's a wonderful christian artist who sings great. I love his music. A bunch of co-workers invited me to their church to see him perform this morning. As I was waiting there I got to help bake the muffins and bread this morning before the service. It was kind of nice. It was nice to see people my own age and talk to them. Anyways though I recommend that you listen to him if you haven't already.

Tonight I went over to my soon to be in-laws for dinner . We had lasagna. YUMMY.... Carrie makes some good food... I brought a piece home for Andy though. You ask where he was, he was at work . I get fed up with his job some days. His work schedule and mine , sometimes we just don't have enough time to spend together. I hope one day that will change and he will find a better job and it will work out , that we get to spend more time together. But for the time being I guess it will do.

While I was over there I got to play with Kris, Andy's nephew. He so cute, he's growing up and talking more... He's going to be in the wedding too. While I was over there tonight Carrie, Stephanie, and Cheryl and I all looked at different flowers for the wedding. It was fun... We looked at different color options and what brides maid dresses looked good and what didn't. I think I may have found the perfect one. But we will see what the girls think about it.

Engaged!!!!!!!!!!

It finally happend, I haven't written in a long time on this blog , but Andy said you haven't updated it in a long time, so I guess he's been reading it. Anyways though we got back from Reno and it was a great time. We had a lot of fun out there. Andy bowled well in my mind and so did the rest of the guys. But the best part of it was him asking me to marry him. It was an early morning and we had to get up early and get to the airport to pick up one of our friends . But before that happend Andy proposed to me. It was perfect and romantic and cute. I guess people knew about it back home. I had no idea it was going to happen out there in Reno. The first thing in my mind I was thinking about was, how did he get that ring on the plane. But he said he packed it very well. I will have to post a picture of what it looks like on here, but I have to be on the other computer. Anyways though so now the planning begins... I'm so excited about it. If you know me at all, you know that I have a lot of planning already done in my mind . But things can change.

Well we have already decided that the wedding is going to be in May of 2008. Andy had wanted it in the fall and I really wanted that too but the reason why is because I want my grandpa to walk me down the asial so we moved it up. He has been a father to me for my whole life more then anyone. I love him with all my heart. Him and my grandma would do anything for me. I love my grandparents very much... It will be very hard on me when my grandpa does pass away.. Which I hope is not anytime soon. I miss my grandma very much too. She will be in my thoughts through out the whole process.. I have already told my mom I want to wear one of her sets of pearls or something at the wedding to have her there with me in remeberance.

I already have my maid of honor. She has been a friend of mine since elementry school . Her name is Lauren Tichenor. We have been through all sorts of things. She's such a great person and I love her to death. She lives in Champaign but looking to relocate closer to Chicago area for a job. I hope she gets it then she will live even closer to me.

I have my other bride maid, Brandice. She's my cousin. We have been very close our entire lifes as well. We were both born in the same month. Mine July 2, her's July 3. So I was one day older then her, got my license before her, could vote before her and so on. But she's getting married before me. Thats ok. I will give her one.

Well I need to run for now, but I will keep you up to date on the wedding planning. Any ideas keep me posted....
